We have two rooms for rent available at my residence. The smaller room is fully furnished with a twin size bed, bookcase, television, and DVD player. The larger room is currently unfurnished, however we can furnish on request (minimum 3 months lease). The larger (unfurnished) room includes wired Internet access in the room in addition to the common areas.
This kind of accomodation is very informal - the atmosphere is designed as much as possible for you to feel at home.
Mini-office, all basic utilities, and wired Internet is included. Additional information including room dimensions, pricing, etc can be found on the classified ad pages for the furnished and unfurnished rooms.
For other arrangements, I can assist in obtaining local hotel or business hotel accomodations to meet your needs. If you have more than one person and/or need to stay for an extended time, contact me and we can find a solution, either at our Shenzhen residence or other accomodation.
